The move dates are tentative and may change depending on the construction completion schedule.

$35 Credit Check Fee per applicant.

A $350 Hold Fee will be charged upon approval and applied towards Security Deposit. This fee is non-refundable should the applicant decide to cancel.

Please note: If there is a “Contact Us” button on the floor plan size, that indicates there are no units available. Once there is a unit available, the button will change to “Availability”.
